In the Arena of This World

feature image by Mithun

Is that the dynamic?
We choir now.
He’s so little he expands your room.
Settled in myself to eat,
that’s the flavor of sadhana,
and we enhance.
It’s an inner journey.
We go for it.
It’s an inner cleaving.
We humble ourselves and do it.
It rebounds.
It grabs yah.
It’s an opening
you do when you’re hungry.
You’re hungry for God’s touch. [“Open to God’s touch” heard during darshan in the Mother’s room, and then the muse changed it as I walked down the stairs so it fit this poem that was coming as I waited for the room darshan and went through the line in and out of her room, the most of this verse, from the eat line, coming in that quiet activity on her death day]
This is the lifeline.
This is sustenance.

Try to prevent a fracture in sadhana,
a more sustained doing might do so.
I’m sure I belong there.
You’re here.
I don’t think we take the vital out of our room.
The right vital comes out.
The mystic of the flute lives on
on ocean’s rainbow.
[vision of an Indian-style key, the long variety, on the step of a concrete, light blue flight of stairs about two thirds up]
A key,
it’s hard to report
their bouncing effect.
You throw them away.
You don’t know how to use them.
You pour beer over them,
vital indulgences.
Now one comes.
Open its window.
Be there in the sky for it
all active on time.

[four visions, two side by side then the other two the same, of strange, colorful scenes I could not make out they happened so fast]
We interrupt your dream venture
to put you in touch with yourself.
You don’t know yourself.
I think you use a sadhana watch,
and they won’t fool you.
They tell it like it is.
You’re out to lunch,
and that other one’s over there
not climbing the street right.
You need each other to focus,
a small sum of human beings,
no more than a handful.
You fit.
You share similar interests.
You live in close proximity.
You can’t digital do this
as a group
come together.
Get real with one another,
nice and kind and polite,
not tryin’ to pass up one another,
not tryin’ to be mean.

[vision of Lisa, my deceased Rottweiler, curled up against an urban wall in a dog ball but her head up and looking at me, sadly]
Titties suck my dear.
You don’t get out of them what you need.
They’re not your bread and butter.
They test and try you,
as humans do.
Romantic love is hard to motion here.
I think you’re friends,
deeply connected,
why you come together,
how you come together.
You’ll recognize this in dreams.
You move on one another
in the friendship relationship of a dream.
You’re bonded.
It’s great to be together.
This gets deeper.
You family one another.
Respect this group.
Leaving it’s a soul’s choice.
It’s not based on petty arguments.
You will go to school together
learnin’ sadhana.

All your dreams come together in the group.
Everyday you share them,
work out meaning,
time.
This grows.
You do this all the time.
The inner relationship’s happenin’.
Now you go together
to sadhana central.
You want to do sadhana all the time.
A minute don’t go by without it.
It’s your mainstay.
It’s your life’s blood.
It’s what’s you’re doin’ in life.
You keep at it.
You keep goin’.

A small circle/handful of people [words spoken simultaneously]
do nothing else.
This is the basis of life.
It’s everywhere apparent.
It’s how you concentrate.
It’s there all the time,
always concentrating.
It gathers you.
It puts you in touch with yourself
so you see what you’re doin’.
No tellin’ where you are with yourself.
It could be at the beach.
It could be in metallurgy.
You could be climbin’ buildins,
playin’ in the street or in front of a crowd.
You’re always concentratin’
whatever you do.
The mind’s the game.

Now what does that what you see in your mind carry,
a present moment swirl?
You do there
concentrate.
Where do you put the bubble?
On higher than yourself.
You’re tryin’ to reach divine.
It’s the major of your focus,
connection,
contact.
You know the divine’s right there in front of you.
Keep the world relatin’ in that key,
and everything you do will be fine.
That’s the secret of sadhana.

I’m just ruined today.
Nobody knows me under.
I deal out cards
of bright shiny poems.
It’s just a reader’s poem with no readers.
Bad material I guess,
or awful writing.
My room is a way station and a promise.
I’ll hit the right note one day.
Sadhana science,
how do I show this to you?
Where do I go to show this to you?
It’s a concentration in your head
you stay clean for.
If I told you about the troubles.
I still go to college.
I got spirits in my head and they won’t go. [heard sung by The Strumbellas, “Spirits”]
You know I’m hearin’ muse.
This is a dictated poem.
You’re all fired up.

Wanna say somethin’.
It’s about the city of concentration.
I think I’m learnin’ to keep the mind quiet
not on external things,
and that time is optimized for sadhana.
These are the thoughts think about,
and you go from there,
put your own larger list together.
What is infinity?
What’s the nature of the universe?
Does God care?
What will lift my room?
Do I get larger than time?
Can I feel the feelings of another
through brands of consciousness?
What is the thought that stops thought?
Am I showin’ you how to think?
You’re up there
where thought meets the sky,
your husband.
Do you hear that?
We treasure this present moment
our thought taking us skyward,
and we are passive to that reach.
You put the perspective on that.
To those lonesome memories,
you’re naked to the eternal now.
Feel them that way.

Now we’ll repellant.
Thought gets in the way.
It’s not what you wanna do all the time.
You want to be clear certain purpose.
That’s a way of hold your mind
no words
or images.
Smoking the cigarette of thought,
chewing it out
like a stick of gum,
these are brands you wear.
They spend and they disease.
You don’t have to think.
I’m learnin’ not to.
It’s so much clearer in there.
When I go to sleep
I’m not a crybaby.
Monster in those movies.

I handle sleep.
I’m waking up on the hub of dreams.
I try to retrieve them,
or I’m writing a poem,
and it continues.
I spend my nights this way,
in a wakeup mode going back to sleep.
I get about six hours
all told,
seven
on this night and that.
My wakeup periods are long.
Like I say I’m writing muse
as the night bells ring,
or I’m layin’ there
where quiet meets my mind,
pullin’ on the length of dream.
That’s a sadhana sleep.
It gets you in touch with the day.
That’s been the content of the night,
if you know how to read your dreams.
Turn around and face tomorrow
your dreams carry you too,
and they show you yesterday
to know what’s goin’ on.
There’s just so much to dream,
but it arms you for the day.

And now you’re ready
to step out into the world
a sadhana-go-round.
Keep it simple,
keep it clean,
your honeydew in the world.
Behaviors lead to sadhana,
or they refuse it.
You’re a sadhana keeper.
Always remember that.
It won’t go away.
Like it can never reject you.
I don’t care how reprobate you are,
sadhana’s there for you.
It will carry you through the storm.
It will clean out your act.
You’ll get better because of it.
Just keep goin’.
Let it fill your room.
Don’t shy away from it
because you think it’s judging you.
It is always there to pick up.
It understands your needs
and will help you fill them properly.
It’s the intention that counts,
the attitude.
Keeping your mind quiet on the divine,
that’s your smelling salts.
It’s how you save your life.

If you’re an ordinary sucker,
you’ll have a harder time.
You gotta get naked.
You gotta take off all those clothes,
get down to your primal need
to fill your life with God.
One episode
of you are so filled,
just one time and
take this book with you for the rest of your life,
and you will do sadhana,
can’t help but to;
it’s in your nature now.

Everybody wants to know the nature of progress.
You love people,
identify with everything.
You’re not a grouch or a scrooge.
You’re good to be with,
not demanding or mean.
You listen to people.
It’s not all about you.
I don’t think you make people feel uncomfortable,
but you do challenge them
by the obvious depth you live.
You call to people,
not with your eyes your shoes.
That means you don’t mess with them.
You tend to prefer quiet
comin’ to the head,
not hours and hours of music
or all this environmental stimuli.
You like nature,
raw and clean.
Walks accompany your day,
walks through nature
where you can find it.
An animal can climb aboard.
You’re a big bucket of love
that knows how to pour itself.

This is what we know of love:
rape and murder,
and love’s right there with yah.
No one took the sign off you need to be loved.
All this spiritual growth sees that.
You love everybody you come into contact with.
You know what you love them for:
love heals things,
makes people better.
I don’t think you can fake this very much.
Spend some time with someone and see.
Alright spiritual advanced person,
let me count your love,
not anything else.
I wanna see yah love.
I think the whole point
of our spiritual shoes,
we get to know love.
A great big sadhana bring that out.

I’m a terrible husband—
this is the spiritual call.
I think sometimes it walks on your soul.
I don’t know how to explain this to you.
You’d think all would be right with the world.
You’re torn asunder.
You’re made to do things you don’t like.
They gravity of the situation just eats you alive.
You obey the call,
like I’m doin’ now.
You picked the wrong time
to blast a hole in my shoes.
I’m a servitor of divine will.
I’m servin’ everybody not sinnin’,
and here I am expose myself
to your wrath.
You’re not a noble person.
I’ve seen what you do to people.
You don’t love them atall.
So my head’s on the chopping block
the reality poem,
and here I am
giving you my bread
for the umpteenth time.
You’d think I’d had enough by now.
Anyway here it is,
a poem where you can do yourself
and make the world ring,
even if no one hears it,
and they just think the worst of you.

They’re not snow that’s obvious.
He seems to have a sadhana
that doesn’t get any kickback in return.
He doesn’t get validated
except by his team.
He is treated like everybody’s pariah.
His sadhana circle listens to him,
and others are few and far between.
He’s a real human being.
He got okay
on the wheels/wings of his sadhana. [words spoken simultaneously]
You have it now.
Reader
this is not brag or boast about.
This is the path to divine consciousness
and younger,
and you’re gonna need a little younger.
Open it.

A lot depends on the soul change.
When you’re young,
and you soul mother
in hospital,
we’re goin’ in some shockin’ of yours.
Well he quoted us all trying to see her.
You look like you losing what did you lose?
The ability to stay awake in dream.
You can’t do that,
let’s tend silly here.
It’s not your job to fight the Minotaur.
That your job,
trigger lucidity
captain this ship.
God dog does that look handsome!
Some fancy’s got you hooked.
You’re standing on the ability
to move on dreams.
Just get out of here.
Take your consciousness
and try it out.
You can go up and in from there,
up to the higher consciousness,
in to the soul.
Try it out.
See how far you get.
Obstacles determine pathway,
and you see what’s limiting you.
You really can get there from here.

Dream is a doorway
where you get started
to open the inner consciousness,
and there your sadhana rides
in its most visible form.
You need this
to survive.
Burn out early
if this is just all in your head.
The inner consciousness will take you there
to all the meanings you have missed,
to your direction of travel,
and you’ll see the divines involved with you
and get into soul things.
It’s your guidebook.
It’s your lamp.
Your teachers talk to you through there.
It’s a daily dose of miracle,
and it moves your sadhana along
a fresh start everyday.
This is the major element most sadhanas miss,
and we’re callin’ on yours
in league with the world.
I’m sure you got questions.
Begin.

Alright Donny there’s a truth to tell.
You’re bein’ spying on inside.
The thoughts get yah.
Oh she’s memorable wearin’ them thoughts.
All these thoughts on God culminate in that one.
When the bough breaks, [heard sung, nursery rhyme]
and you enter Silent Mind.
These are the memories to feel now,
the character
of enlightenment,
regardless of your pain inside,
of the happenstance of chance,
the resistance futile.
Go for it baby.

Keep the light goin’.
Don’t go to sleep.
Don’t her give up on that sadhana.
You have a world to change.
Say the same here.
We’ve got our heads out for miracles.
That’s a world line.
Can you show this to us sweetheart?
I’ll be back in about five minutes.

I’ve got tools for you.
I’m gonna use them first,
grow up Nithish.
It’s the army in the game,
and I’m a former Green Beret sergeant to show them to yah.
Not so hard on the kid,
but he’s gonna lesson.
There’s just too much soft flesh there
video game mode.
Cheerio.

This blog is not just to put my stuff on.
My blog is clear your highway.
Stop defending yourself.
What?
Skin spots are really easy to spot.
You have to come over here
so I can help you.
One by one they ran away from my house.
Can’t figure out.
I had given you really good soul stuff.
Her whole house was zoom zoom zoom,
and you’ve got a literature there tomorrow
to bring to temple.
Come in.

I Share Children with Her

You give healing meat its substance.
You’re way out there,
right in the slot of truth.
I don’t think anyone understands this.
You’re a miracle:
nobody’s touched you;
all the help you get.
You really show people somethin’.
Most people don’t know it’s there.
They’re too based in ordinary.
Okay we climb mountains,
keep goin’,
just press on.
We’re goin’ somewhere.
I hoped you a-l-w-a-y-s thought me u-g-l-y,
you thought me friend. [this and above line heard sung in the voice of Don Williams to tune of "You're My Best Friend"]
Our best teacher,
we’re talkin’ soul.
Ladies and gentlemen,
Think Oil.
You hear soldier.
Oh man you don’t stink.
You’re chasin’ a good one.

Okay you got the preamble.
I would like soul need determine time.
I want to talk on the level of soul.
Where do we bring this out?
Is it evident anywhere?
How do we talk about soul?
Do we meet it with the divine?
Where’s it goin’?
Where’s it come from?
How long it’s been?
Does it explain us?
What is about soul that makes its process?
Does it rule time?
Where can it be found?
Is it perfect?
Can we touch it?
How does it find us?
Is that all there is?
How do you add it to the program?
Can we say it’s substance?
How big is it?
Does it search us?
What are its parameters?
Can we get at it?
Is it Black,
or would all colors fit its lifestyle?
Is it here among us?
When does it die?
Is it our only project?
How did it get here?
How do we communicate with it?
Does it know us
as the thing that does?
Is it our true nature?
Is this soul a concept or a divine?
And we go round and round.
The soul asks more questions than it answers,
but we can look at it.
Can you?

It’s here.
I think it’s from another planet.
It’s put us on.
That planet’s another sphere,
the reality behind reality.
We are its goalkeepers.
We fumble ourselves all the time.
We don’t know how to do it,
take soul and measure up.
It’s the substantial reality behind us.
It’s put itself here.
I think that’s phenomenal existence.

The soul is a dome
phenomenal existence fits inside.
It was here first.
I don’t think we cant touch it with our hands.
It’s not the reality we see.
It’s got our backing.
Where do individual souls fall in?
Let’s say they’re here.
This is not pepper spray.
You can help put ‘im on
that things might get hurt.
This is the ballpark.
Hello soul—
this is an individual flavor of existence.
It’s got cans on it.
They go through time.
That’s the flavors it carries around.
It’s expressing your life.
See the flavors?

All these tunes
express our life to us.
So many layers to the soul.
It’s a great big getaway.
There’s nothin’ else to it;
it’s the ground of its own being.
It represents us in time,
and we are representative figures
of this thing called soul.
We express it everyday,
and our body is its leeway.

A deformity,
an ugliness,
awful, isn’t it?
You’ve needed that to get along.
If you look at the world as a container,
that doesn’t fit.
All things are expressive of soul,
even the ugliness.
The world touches you there
like it’s probing you.
Awful, isn’ it?

Keep going.
This expresses you,
the dynamics of this life.
You’re carrying that with you
for an example set.
You have to learn from this example.
It’s so pressing,
and it’s so physical.
I think everybody knows I love little boys.
How ugly is that?

I am one case where the focus
bounced off the movie.
Sure enough he was.
I came to souls in the room.
They were everywhere.
Try fucking a soul.
They don’t want you to do that.
You don’t abuse a soul.
You just don’t.
It’s the basis of reality.
It’s got bigger than life.
There’s no abuse possible.

Are you expressing soul when you abuse somebody?
You’ve stopped doing it
a soul becomes visible.
We are all relating souls.
They transcend time.
You cannot harm them.
Violation is impossible.

Life is a field for the soul to work out deities.
The human soul is not divine.
It’s something more fundamental.
It’s the substance of deity.
We don’t hinder it
as it brings deity to the human room.
It’s expressive of deity.
It helps us put that on.
That’s our purpose here.

Can you see the soul bringing up life?
This is the arisal of everything.
The substance of soul has a field to play.
It’s putting on itself
in ever increasing rooms.
I don’t think you can touch bottom
of the soul’s play.
Can you imagine infinities within infinities within infinities?

And here we are in our room.
So much accompanies us,
so much to do.
Where do we go with this?
Towards the substance of soul.
We layer ourselves.
What has made it to the surface
is a little play in time,
this little portion of us
we so mistakenly confuse with us.
It has all of us behind.
My God the soul,
it’s there in the room
the container of existence.

Jerrycans of abuse,
I was the orphanage.
That’s our predicament here.
We’re bastard children
a mommy and a daddy have left behind.
We can’t see our divine parents.
Divine origins allude us.
We only know we’re here
getting spanked by time,
clusterfucked.

We don’t know how to stop abusing one another.
We just don’t know how to help one another.
This is a horrible place.
It’s a prison house.
It just sucks us,
and time’s got its finger up our ass.
Dry, lifeless orgasms
is where life meets us.
We are probed.
I say again we are probed.
Our greatest joy can turn to pain
in the happenstance of death
everywhere surprises us.
We are dangerous keepers.
We can’t trust anyone.

Real amateurish
your whole monstrous tirade.
No, and I like it,
but I’m waking up.
The policy of monsters
we are bring to ourselves.
Are you really waking up?
Jeremiah 19:9 the most monstrous of all.

Do you know what?
The city didn’t rush in to defend you.
I’m curios to know why it didn’t.
You’re a monster.
They are making names
to make sense of their city.
It’s purple passion
not heart attack.
I had a hate here with wine.
This is the poison we all drink,
to be to ourselves our city is good.

Now are you ready for Christmas?
And here comes the soul.
That’s what keeps us together,
keeps us from falling apart.
It’s music you hear on the radio
when the world had just caved in,
and you know that song's talking to you
everything’s gonna be okay.
It’s that sudden smile you get
from some perfect stranger,
and it’s like a kiss from Heaven
because the rain has come.
It’s your mommy’s warm hands
washing your tender parts
not wanting anything for herself,
and you are seven or eight.
It’s an ice cream truck
comin’ round the corner,
and you have just enough for a cone.
It’s the great big beautiful sun
shining down on you
like you mean somethin’.
It’s the breeze
wiping the sweat off your face,
and you have just run.
It’s the lovely afternoon
your family sang,
and you will never forget those moments.
It’s your father’s satisfied hands,
and you’re his little boy in them
wanting so to be like papa.
I’ve embroidered soul
where life keeps you,
and it’s good.
This is the backup plan.
This is our special moment.
This can ride the day
if we lean forward
and let the soul lead.

It’s all about soul,
the house of life.
I’m afraid
the depths you have to go to find that
are deeper than the world.
You hear that
these are possible inner journeys.
You go inside,
consciously, thoroughly,
until you reach soul.
Did you know you can find it?

A conscious arm
you fall into it.
I think unconsciously we arrive there often,
else we would die I’m afraid
cut off from soul.
We have to come up for air.
This world is a heavy dress.
We take it off
in moments sublime of dreamless sleep.
I bet you didn’t know that noon.

In raw material sleep
we can find the drop off point of matter
and soul dream
larger than time.
We have journeyed to the soul.
It’s not a substance material make.
It’s the first substance of Spirit,
and it’s got no bookends to it.
A receptacle of our Spirit open and true,
that’s the phenomenon of soul.
This is the causeway.
This brings us to Ourself.
This brings us to the divine meeting in the room.
May come some horses
with some contrary will.
Yeah exactly.
What is adequate?
Is that adequate
in the fatal moment,
in the fatal heartbeat here?
Soul expressive of deity,
that’s meaning
that has us all by the horns.
Cans.
Go ahead drive her,
drive her over.
Pay attention to people.
You want a soul
happen so matter of fact.

Now let’s come back.
We have to put on soul.
If you sat regular times…
Bruno!
You always have to watch out for Bruno.
He’ll take your underwear off.
You have to do a preacher’s build.
You check in
and withdraw.
You look out,
and the watch ends
on visible things.
You have to come together on soul.
You have to see beyond life.
There,
it has your hand.
Let it lead you now.

You have to get somewhere in life.
The soul is your regard.
It will take you to deity.
It will remove all obstacles.
It’s your great ship.
It’s the navigator.
It comes to you in dreams
and exercises the world
tonight,
and you can see things clearly.
We help it along
by being ourselves.
That’s Alpha Zero,
enlightenment stark.
This is its great evolution path,
and we are fingers of its evolution.

We do not abandon us,
and we help each other clearly
when we come together on soul.
There’s where the abuse stops.
There’s where we know our promise,
for it is the soul that leads us.
The soul we are,
the substance of ourselves
leading ourselves.

I’ve called on you tonight
to be the witness of soul.
It is bigger than leeway.
It is so much bigger than time.
It’s us in the ground of us.
No gap, no divide,
prevents it from helping us.
It’s here.
It is only blindness separates us from it,
and check it out in a poem.
You know I’ve opened your eyes.
Should end right there,
I’ve told you violence.
I just turned and turned around and saw the soul.

I’m Sorry, I Made That

An opportunity
Kozar. [vision of a mean-looking person coming to a line of people and slapping someone near the front of the line so hard they fall to the ground and then doing the same to someone towards the end of the line]
He didn’t quit.
‘Cause you make it,
you always make it.
This is not a spiritual Disney Land.
This is not great,
but it has awareness in it.

I’m feeling the world.
I’m feeling my own inadequacies.
I love my dog.
This is great,
such warm sunshine,
and my little boy,
he carries my heart around on his sleeve.
I carry his form around in my eyes.
He’s wonderful to look at.
Those are my propellers,
and I love to be successful with them:
that little boy gets what he needs,
that Rottweiler.

I measure my life by this,
how successful I am with people.
Do we all stand here?
He’s form to look at,
that one sittin’ there.
It must be Himself,
the divine in the room,
all the way to God.
This is not just some form in my head.
Oh my God it’s God,
tangible, real.

How do I count this to you?
I don’t think it’s possible.
Ultra-dimensions pass on through each other
and come hold hands with my life,
like they know me.
That street sign,
it has my name on it.
That t-shirt
beat the impossible.
See that beggar?
Hump that one.
And God waves at yah.
It comes and goes.
India is the attitude of the divine.
You’re not gettin’ it.
It would not be an information folder.
It’s not a belief system.
I’m right there.
I’m not shaking like a leaf.
12 o’clock
I can see divine process,
and you’re saying probably the hardest thing to say:
you’re meeting deity on your terms.

This is not major broadcast news.
Who wants to hear about it?
I stand, I see, I know God.
It’s not like you think,
all fire and brimstone.
It’s love.
The patience They have can move mountains.
I’m all stacked up God,
individual deities in the room too.
They just love yah to death.

How do we measure Them?
Okay I’m human, You’re divine,
and let’s get this point across.
Come here—
like my Rottweiler I can’t say no.
They hand me.
It’s wonderful.

Okay you can’t see Them.
How do I call out to you?
You’re my bro, see.
They are not yet my next of kin.
It’s this gulf/divide. [words spoken simultaneously]
They come here in representation.
Representation divides my room.
I can’t bite the hand that feeds me,
but it’s all aglow.

What do we do with all this see?
Show it to yah.
You’ll deny it.
You won’t like it.
But the mountain has some of yah,
if you’re wide awake,
and God’ll think you’ll die,
you can’t hold ‘im.

I would take you to summer school.
Hop on my bus.
It’s crowded.
Who will my drink companion?
I’m lookin’ at an empty bus.
Well here’s lookin’ at yah kid.
I’m all full of deity.

Why can’t I transform?
Okay, I’m still in ordinary consciousness.
What’s the deal?
Flash floods,
people just crowd me out of God.
They’re my touchy-feely reality.
I have to live with them.
It gets bigger all the time,
the living room of embodied existence,
I mean the people interacting with mine.
Okay, get rid of it.
That’s not possible.

I have to live up to you,
and Douglas I do.
That’s my partner.
Where do we go with all this human?
You can’t tell ‘em you’re out to lunch.
All this density defies deity,
or does it?
Density of human being,
can we control that?

Density of human being we can get better.
We can put everybody at their stations
and have a crowded room to ourselves,
when our very own room is impossible.
I know how to do that with that boy,
put him to his whatever.
This takes timing and security.
You have to know when to go in
and realize you’re safe to do that.
You’re buildin’ walls
that don’t keep people out as much as you in.
You see the lighter?

Instructing my house,
arguably a bit more busy than yours.
I think the magic has to go to the transformation.
We’re opening divine consciousness.
It’s the deity in the room.
Oh and speaking of which,
for love of Rottweiler
I do not control this poem.
Do you know how lovely a Rottweiler is?
I’m here for deity.
I mean I must be.
I wanna be.
It’s not happenin’.

They’re there for me.
All the dogs burst through the door,
have joined me on the bed.
Oh those dogs.
Now listen,
I’m giving you instructions I’m gettin’.
Bruno’s eating a pair of shorts.
Bruno!
A blow by blow poem. [actually describing events in my room as they happen]
Now take this job and shove it.
Can we trust divine process?
It’s so large.
It destroys us.

Alright poet clear the room.
I’m not killin’ yah.
Even when it’s got our good at heart,
it makes us lift the human race higher than we are
every time we say the word.
I’m expressive of deity.
I am so expressive of human.
Everything’s a divine moment you see.
I can’t get over it.
I’m gonna go pet my Rottweiler.
There are no complications there.

A reader is left wondering what to do,
and you know I’m listenin’ too.
Turn God into slime,
or silly putty,
just stay sober.
I’m gonna
go to every page of this diary.
I’m not gonna be a fool.
I’m gonna put my relations on rightly:
stand back and see God,
all the time.

Weird Alf,
take it from here.
Oh no it’s terrible.
You know I’m talking about mocking videos,
Auroville infighting,
all this irony,
all these videos.
Sit down.
Well he has never failed on your science test.
Wait his test.
You’ll get caught up in something,
and you’re not the angel in the room.
We say nobody’s perfect.
What we mean is
wow, nobody’s good.

Now, starting with the elementary school,
we’re gonna look through that door.
Where gonna look
at God see there.
It has a hand on your life
that your dog can show you.
You can put your foot down,
and the dog knows you’re his master,
or you can look at that tea kettle.
It’s an attention grabber.
Now we can go to that military tank.
No it’s not aimed at us.
It’s protection.

How do we find God?
Well I’ve given you the first number:
I made a mistake.
It happens to the best of us.
I’m having one
big relationship
with the world through God.
Now listen,
you have to pick God up somehow.
It’s not done by books and tea stories.
There are no other eyes but God,
and that’s half the equation.
God sees even without eyes.
It’s not a blind relationship.
You’re all over it.
You’re there in the midst.
Peel back the walls.

Boy double field have I done.
I don’t know, a counter offensive.
Take back the city of Kyiv.
We’re military commanders.
We’ve got to get our capitol straight.
That’s the only thing holding us up for war.
The military is on my side.
We let the divine victory go ahead.
This is major defeat for the enemy.
You can’t give them soosh anymore,
that sudden life force
they get from bad relations.
These are not human creatures.
They’re the anti-divine.

Fuck all this raincoat.
That’s a blow off statement.
I’m a pop singer.
I’m going to bring you down to science.
God is not cultivated clay.
God is right there in your room.
You can’t get nothing out of Him.
You’re a pauper when it comes to purpose.
You have no burning need.
Notice God is there
when life can’t go on without Him.
This is an apple yard.
I don’t think despair has you by the throat.
You’re not in hell on earth.
That’s another kind of find Him.

You’re really restricted.
There is no room for you in society.
You try to keep up appearances.
You can’t define yourself.
You plainly see your inadequacies,
and you need help.
This is beyond human repair.
I wonder to suicide,
or I’m scarin’ to Mexico.
It’s got so bad he wants to bring something back.
These are the circumstances to bring God into my life.
I don’t care about the double feelings.
God to come in.

You wanna contact with the two brothers.
I pick the color O’Neill. [spoken in Douglas’ voice]
Taste sweet.
I think gonna sell the island.
You mean he’s gonna be known by the public?
Did he bite you?
No he didn’t. [vision of Nitish running off a street dog with a stick, and it seemed like it bit him, but it didn’t. I’m speaking the two lines to him in the vision]
There is protest.
There is this one
say it here,
and I watch while the balloon take me.
But you'd probably think it bites living in an Amish paradise. [heard sung by Weird Al, “Amish Paradise”]
It was God don’t wanna tell yah.

Where do we rose the poem,
an Amish simplicity in Auroville?
I think we’re talking to everybody.
Great Thou art.
No need to wear homespun clothes,
get all down and dirty
in fixin’ crops.
You can be an urbanite,
or not.
Where we come simple is God.
He’s the keeper
of our relationships human.
We look at all things through Him.
Can you envision this?

Now fight that crowd
God in the flesh.
We are only meeting ourselves.
Nobody has it right in Auroville.
Divine consciousness came.
I think you all spit on it.
Is there anyone on earth that doesn’t?
Few of you.

On top of Auroville
divine process happens.
You would not like to know I’m there.
I’m sorry,
this happens.
An Amish simplicity round house,
I’m doin’ the best I can.
Could you meet me up there?

Sit Bruno.
Sit media.
People are searching.
The official account sucks,
and all the fringe theories comply.
There you are with question tape.
Are you a fringe theorist too,
no different than all the rest?

You’re media worthy.
No one can deny that.
You’re not a division conspiracy.
You promote unity.
You give answers to burning questions
in the literature of true mysticism.
There is no fake in your account.
You weigh on things,
go deep into matters,
expose the core.
That’s not valueless.

If you’re gonna trust someone,
tell me why that wouldn’t be you?
You know how to speak the truth.
You just protect yourself.
You will land a lot of votes one day.
Big deal you say.
You’re in the thick of it now,
feeling like a fool.

I don’t want any of those kitchen parts.
I elevate mass shooting to lie.
We hear from the conspiracy keepers.
I think the mainstream media has a fact sheet,
and they got it all wrong.
It’s not individuals with guns;
it’s the whole damn society,
and we listen to man.
We listen to man explains.

Honey a higher power called.
It’s on alert.
That poet explains.
He was a link sunk because he was honorable to my heart.
Trapped in this animal explains.
This is not a localized crime.
A thief in the night has come.
He’s carried away your children
in body bags.
Now let’s control this demon.

You think it’s a hack job,
some guy alone in his underwear
just does everybody in.
We can’t lift our feet from this.
It is so in our face.
What do we do about it?
Study the phenomenon in aftermath.
We look at individual responsibility and gun ownership.
No one sees the ticket.
It’s a hate crime.

Hate is all over the place.
It’s gotten in our underwear.
We pick it up and shoot people with it.
Hate kills.
Hate is ever present among us.
It’s difficult to follow.
Bang! Bang! Bang!

That has come from an inner leaping.
We share consciousness in shares.
Ideas and memes flow between us
and the feelings we all share.
Pick up that gun and shoot it,
this is inner wear.
A thought has come
from the crowd.
It’s packaged hate.
Everybody’s doing it.
The inside thought process,
people hate each other.

Now this is the remote.
The lone gunman’s a brand.
He has all the right equipment
to pick up our hate and kill the crowd.
He was raised that way.
This happens everyday
it’s so big.
A suicide vest determines it
in other countries,
or a car murder weapon,
a knife or an axe.
It’s the same phenomenon.
We all do it.

Why?
We’ve picked up the virus:
we’re hating each other in our thoughts,
and we imagine violence,
play that in our mind.
Don’t call it a mass shooting.
We handle our brains,
punching people,
tellin’ them off.

Imagining more calamities
an exercise.
Well just do your neighbor in
if he offends you.
We box his ears;
we just send her packing,
all in a mind’s eye.
And there it goes,
straight to that rifle,
and a lone gunman
branded, look:
he carries everybody’s hate.

How do we profit from this?
Let’s go back to rooster crowing at dawn.
You just put down that gun,
that rifle,
give good imaginings to people
in your feeling thoughts.
I know what you’re saying.
I can’t get it in.

There’s a whistleblower.
It’s this specific hate you feel in a crowd.
Somebody’s hurt you
or your family,
or you see them on the world stage doing that.
They’ve done wrong and need to be punished,
even if it’s just offended you
by calling you names
or putting you down,
undermining your position.
You want them to pay for what they have done.

Can we see this is epidemic now?
Oh yeah,
cancel everything
to do with gun control.
It’s a family weapon.
We need it to shoot intruders,
protect ourselves from the vice.
We won’t let you in.
We imagine horrible things
in any commotion you make.
We use guns in our minds
to straighten people out.
Are you a gun owner?
Ever done that:
they just need to be shot?

Is that a meme?
It’s comin’ tomorrow
we control our guns
much better than we do now.
A daily gun,
systemic hate,
we take this around and show it to people,
all over the place.
We unfold as humans,
learn more about our stuff,
the inner side of relations,
and become more kind to everyone,
where it really counts,
in our minds.

I’m yesterday.
Nobody knows it’s there,
but I have to tell you about it anyway
and be not listened to.
Ladies and gentlemen,
it’s got our progress,
the poetry I share online.
You’re dismissed.
You hear the voices, don’t you?

Manifesting Auroville Today

Give Me your post—
exact words
on their whole creation,
and the divine does more than just speak my words;
they are manifested,
actualized actually.
They’re all over the place.
Let’s not block the city now.
We’d spell it out now,
and can I talk from my inmost secure space
and not have you hate me for it?

Heroin,
all this
birthday
Auroville new city celebration.
You already
put it on the funeral pyre.
It’s got lands on it
Auroville doesn’t wear.

Who said Auroville to be a government city?
Can the government control that,
human unity?
You say the Mother appointed the appointee,
and where did she come from?
A government takeover of India.
Is this wrong?
Where will it lead us?
You know a Hindu state.
Are you comfortable with this,
India institutionalized by religion?

Could religious observance be required,
and to what degree?
Would you give the power to the people
to decide for themselves?
You’d list it on the bulletin board what they should do,
how they should think,
how they should act.
I think Auroville is a proving ground for this,
a model city.

You’re just excited because she’s come to town,
this government appointee,
and she’s moving things forward,
or so it seems.
What is the master plan,
a city led by the Mother?

Let’s take a minute and count our sums.
Auroville is to be the city of the new human being.
Spiritual transformation rules the day,
radical transformative steps
of inner keeping.
This is everybody’s inner wear.
You tell everybody to do it?
You hand it down by decree?
You rule it into existence?

You make it happen
by an Auroville bigger than its spheres.
It’s loosely organized
so it can happen.
It’s got so much time on it,
but first it has to begin,
and who’s doin’ it?

I think I’ve heard Muriel preaching about it.
Manifesting Auroville says it must be done.
It’s not a legalistic handover to man.
Can you come to terms with yourself?
It’s not happenin’ in your lives either.
It’s a radical change
of you do this, you do that.
Nobody can figure it out.
It’s high in the sky.
You don’t know how to look at the world without the divine.
You’ve failed this first test:
they are not divine we are.

There opens up in you a compassion
for even people who make mistakes,
even child molesters
and axe murderers.
You way with them,
give them your knowledge by identity.
That’s what you do with them
to stop them from hurting people.
No other force works,
am I right?
Knowledge by identity
is where we meet the world.
No, you don’t have this either.

What the heck?
This is an evaluation program
to see if you can talk about human unity.
That’s a spiritual vision, you know?
You just seem to think it’s a conglomerate of humanity,
a mixture of races and countries and creeds.

Well let’s look at the secretary.
She’s at a radical change of consciousness?
That’s the Mother in her steps?
How does she approach people
who say no to her policies?

There there now my child,
you rebellious little thing,
how do I obstacle you?
My mother’s love is on the table,
and let’s see about your needs
so we can get to the bottom of this.
Does she do that?
Does she have the Mother’s grace?
If that is not needed then,
who do you want to be the principle player in Auroville?
You don’t want the Mother?

Crash and burn you say,
just get things done.
It’s not the physical city you’re building.
It’s a change of consciousness.
You can’t build that with physical means.
It can’t happen in an environment of fear and loathing.
Are you sure you want Auroville?
Do you really understand its plan?
You want 50,000 residents,
or whatever greater number,
before the true work has begun?
Really?

You’re right about the sloth cabins,
the people just there to eat
a green city,
the people who just want their comfortable livin’,
but what do we do with them?
Do we just let them be?
How do you turn on a city to divine consciousness?
Preach to them?
Where is that spark?
Move thousands more people in,
and there goes the possibility.
Now let’s work on us.
Can you see that?

No method I can provide will satisfy you,
but we’d need to see the inner consciousness.
What does that look like when it’s happenin’?
How do we do it?
You open it.
You get busy with the inner consciousness.
That looks very different than Auroville of today.
It looks very different than your contribution to Auroville.

We’d need to see the city first,
have it start its development plan
in a little square one.
It can’t do that now.
In all your talk about it you’re throwin’ it away.
You’ve just let the government come in and take over.
Can we say that again?
The government of India will run Auroville,
and you’re okay with that.

I am so very sorry, you’ve lost Auroville.
We have to wait for a savior now,
and that won’t be an administrator
or any single person.
I think the world will have to come in
and take back what it rightfully owns.
How that will happen,
well, let’s wait and see.

The Poem of the Benediction

Their love of yoga,
all that had to do with the divine.
The divine is alive and well on Planet Earth.
He sees you.
Can you hear ‘im?
Made out to be a man,
but really She’s a woman,
when you get right down to pictures of Her
in the caretaker of Her smile.

A Mother Might looks out on the world,
and we are all the better for it.
Let’s change some,
become ourselves again,
as children see the world:
it glows,
oohs and aahs;
it’s bigger than us,
and we love it.
Gimmie the beat boys and free my soul. [heard sung by Dobie Gray, “Drift Away”]
You know how it feels,
so good to be alive.
Thank you Mother.

Now I’m dancin’ on this ice.
I don’t know how to explain this.
Oh Mother,
that’s not You in Pondicherry,
but I think we lifted You up
when we adored her feet.
I call on You through her,
as our yoga sees the world,
and in perfect deity fashion,
that woman in Pondicherry helps.
She’s in my living room.
Now do we count blessings?
I am in the arms of the Mother, you know?
She fills out for me
the way to move forward.
I call on her some,
but she is not my image of God.
I mean like I do sit in her lap,
pettin’ my Rottweiler,
but I’m lookin’ at God.

I can tell you a lot about deity.
There are waves of them.
I listen to them all the time.
I mean, I hear them speak.
I’m not always at their beck and call,
and I’m choosy.
I want those Sun voices way up there.
They’re wonderful.
They have our divinity all over them.
They gauge us there,
and they point us to God,
the supreme all-encompassing universe
that existence can light,
and it’s a conscious Individual all things are.
Don’t let my words get in the way.
God is how we meet the One on its time.
I’m talking big you understand.

All this agency gets down to us,
the level of existence we’re at—
I think I just heard God.
God will talk to you in spheres.
That’s what divinity is for,
and each time we mistake the day for the sun.
Conversations with God
are conversations with some deity.
How much freedom to understand that.
It’s yoga based,
if you want to know the truth.
We want to be God’s lovers here on earth.
We want to know God here on earth.
We want to see God here on earth,
see God in everything we see,
and one day,
God will ride us
who we are in time.

I’m breakin’ in on barriers
to show you God,
and these words have failed I know
to overcome that last barrier,
to understand God real in this sentence.

Can you light the fire of God?
This is not a proverbial question.
I’m askin’ ‘cause it hurts
you if you don’t,
hurts you in the fundamental ground of reality.
You can envision no one cares.
You can’t smuggle up to reality
and say this is safe.
You don’t know how to tie your shoe,
and that’s lacin’ the world
through your fingers
a project that smiles.
You’re just all bummed out
because the wonder of it all
is insufficient
to pick you up and carry you along
when you’re so discouraged you just want to die.
And I gettin’ through?

The fire of God is lightable on our time.
It’s not a deity wear,
some figure of God
asking for your allegiance.
It will burn off all this.
It will be bigger than time.
It won’t sit in an abode and judge you.
It will with the universe hold your hand.

How do you get there?
You need God.
Oh man I can’t get this through.
People will kill you if you don’t,
or the world will fall in.
Look out,
I’m tellin’ yah how to find God.
It’s need determines present,
and I don’t know how you make those conditions,
but when you’re a pedophile they come naturally.
That’s the price of your hate:
I get God and you don’t
anywhere near I’m showin’ Him to yah.

God hates sinners,
that’s a lie.
Oh my little child,
come let’s give you a bath.
You’ve gotten muddy again.
If you let Me I’ll get you outta there.
And then ensues the relationship.
You just don’t know God.
Or do you?
Come let us love together.
High and mighty,
I don’t see you in God.

Take pictures of Sri Aurobindo.
I’ve blossomed him,
brought out his yoga to the ground floor.
You’ll just think I’m lying,
the worshippers of Sri Aurobindo.
I’m golden atlas.
It’s not Sri Aurobindo I’m seein’.
You know the Supermind’s on the Earth.
I’m tailin’ it in.

Oh my God airplanes,
now look at this one.
It’s bigger than science.
It’s a cash card.
It’s the right way to do Earth.
It’s not forced.
It doesn’t have any artificial barriers between you
and what you’re supposed to do.
It’s not a morality flag.
It brings a different formula into the equation.
How big is this?
It heals time.

I’ve got roads on.
I push reality through the basin of time.
Shut up and go to sleep—
a reader quibs in.
Alright I’ll admit it.
It’s the supramental.
It’s very intense,
but it’s the supramental
has ahold of my paper.
I’m telling you what the decision is:
they are to occur the region.
Heavy regions,
girls we gotta absolve the conflict.
You put it in right there,
make the supramental the way we handle evil.
We don’t just military our paper.

Let me let you take a short look at that.
And then I realized something:
how does an honest criminal realize their mistake?
You banish them
forever.
Agency,
now to realize the Mother and Sri Aurobindo’s,
yeah, exactly.
Ensues the conversation.
Are you gonna be prepared?
I will be honest;
I didn’t know your name
Impossible.
Let’s get one thing straight, surrender to God,
it becomes possible right now.

God is the answer God is the key,
and the beauty is it’s not abstract.
You get here to this post God is holding your hand.
You can hear Him speak.
You can feel His power.
You can bask in His love.
You can see Him in everything that touches you I do.
Can we get anymore cornered than that?
God’s got you cornered,
and you can overcome any behavior.
You can do anything.
Okay those are the big city lights.

Wow, I’ve just described to you how the world was won.
Put that credit in my court,
and let’s celebrate the world together.
I mean not smoking and not being attached to smoking either.
So this rare new style
is upon the Earth today,
and as my teachers told me,
I put it there,
I and they.
Car commander,
be the example to everyone.
You have my permission.
Individuality under the Lord, you know?

I could do it before I found these lyrics,
lost lyrics,
as you won’t find them
until that thing happens
whereby one sees a poem
and gets other people to see it.
That mystery engagement with poetry,
I’m at a loss to understand.
Better thank a look,
knock out reader.
You know, have a nice day.

Make civilian source,
make civilian ready,
I am on my way
in the literary of my smile,
in the literacy of everybody’s smile.
Now here.
Is this Heaven? [vision with this line of being in a narrow exhibition space and colorful, extraordinary photographs on the walls all around me, more colorfully extraordinary ones appearing as I’m asking this question]
Your vanity
has registered a trip.
Oh excuse the mule,
he’s a real piece of work.
But I’m still comfort in,
and I’m standin’ by at your house,
if you ever wanna change the world
you live in.

How do you want me to be?
How to dream afterwards.
Tell this to the press corps:
I’m proud of yah;
you stopped killin’ people
on death row
(Oh BBC do you hear me?
That was pressure to kill
the Parkland shooter,
who you wanted killed.
Now on with the scroll),
and got the news ready
to see the criminal as a human being
you care about even though they did somethin’.
And there that’s my piece.

Not from institution to move along:
to auto-flash cooking
that old traditional paper just reports on.
We put it in user-generated content.
Hello gatekeeper, keep up.
Now there,
I got your number,
don’t I?

Supergame,
everybody listen to Hairy.
He’s got somethin’
make us all better people.
You out to lunch?
Glad you could join us,
as you left your sin and came over to help us.
Why do you all try to help?
We care,
which means
we grow up to care,
and everybody learns the three R’s
while they’re learnin’ this—
the whole import of school,
and can you tell me why not?

Newspapers here,
I gave you a way to make yourselves better.
Read this
to the public:
let’s teach our children to care,
and we solve all human-made problems
if we care about everybody.
How simple that is to see,
how horrible
we are blind to it,
and science-based gets us there?
Here’s where science fails:
it can’t see God,
and God alone cares.
We’re done.

The root of all papers,
and I’m figurin’ time.
What would you quib here,
I don’t see the import of your paper?
And if you said that
I don’t think you care
or even write home—
a poetry blush,
I mean practice for enlightenment.
Do we all come along?
Spiritual enlightenment,
it happens one person at a time.

I didn’t end this properly.
Let’s end this properly.
Okay where does your paper take us,
so long and thanks for all the fish?
At a human
let’s all look Christmas.
I mean study love
as the foundation of society.
Would I be talking to a brick wall?

Mobilization 9

He discovered that his Crimea life had to change.
I’m not talking about the pencil box.
We’re seein’ movies:
all eyes on the outer scene and you're in the movie.
How do I concentrate?
Remove obstacles.
Look at your life in purpose.
Don’t just stand there and stare at things.

I don’t know how to engage this.
Look at that rice on your plate.
Does it need you?
Yet it exists.
I need another metaphor.
There’s a dog in the corner.
It’s barking.
It’s baking.
It’s just lost in its own movement, you see?

You put yourself in everything you’re lookin’ at.
Can you give a free look,
free of charge?
Just look,
no questions asked.
This is less painful.
It’s not up and down.

The Source is just a remover of boundaries.
The Source won’t last long on my time.
I’m a question paper.
In this instructional video,
can we suddenly lick my nose,
make mean somethin’?
I wanna apply this to life
in the substance of my hands.
We process thought
so your hands help the world sunshine.
This even in the substance of your genitals
and how your dick holds the world when you look out upon the world.
Why the sudden graphic video?
Attention readers,
I think I got yours.
Once we go down there it’s hard to come back up, you know?
even in a poem.
I study reality whether you believe it or not.
I put divine values on everything.
Now I’m learnin’ to not bother with me.
A thousand runs will there it is.

We don’t want to invest reality with our stuff
in the substance of our see.
We want to be free in that look.
It’s like the doorbell rings,
and you’re not concerned about it.
You do not enter the picture.
Can you get that look?

It’s hard to bear/keep. [words spoken simultaneously]
There are so many things pressing on your mind.
This is thought control
at its most basic.
Can you see reality from here?
It’s got lines in it.
Crossing them means you.
A monkey sees that
swingin’ from tree to tree.
You can’t see that in your living room.
You’re not involved in yourself in reality,
unless your reality needs that look.
It’s screamin’ at yah.
Can get that look
on death row.
Reality has you by the balls,
and you see yourself too much.

This is freedom from spheres.
You have a long way to go
to freedom yourself,
oh world of my sunshine.
It’s not a substance of thought.
Your reality changes
the ground of consciousness has.
Wow, this is frightful
if you haven’t bubbled into it over time.
There’s no room for it,
with your leavin’ everything,
and you don’t know how to handle zero,
and everything’s still around you.
We’’ll get to that later.
It’s the culmination
culminated elsewhere.
This poem doesn’t go that far.
Here you just let go
of you as you stare at things.

Anyway I’ve got a limited ordinary sword. [vision putting the image for poem here]
I can’t seem to see the forest for the trees.
It’s hot stuff,
because it’s got so much reality behind it,
but still there’s ordinary consciousness there.
Can you count the trees?
Can you even tell the difference
between a reality bin
and ‘can you see the trees’?

I am a lineman for the county. [heard sung by Glen Campbell, “Wichita Lineman”]
You’ve tripped up everybody—
a line you make.
Will it ever join reality?
We’d have to look at my poems awhile and see.
No one’s taking them to the picture show.
What form is that?
Can you get rid of me?
You’re not packaged reality.
I think the reader said that.

This is traditional English in the mass.
Where do all these bubbles come from?
A larger reality
that makes passes at reality
and even cowardly reality.
Much more was in conflict after Zelenskyy’s assassination.
Can we make Zelenskyy any bigger?

Planets and rallies in the corner,
the poet the symbol is a metaphor of.
This is so on your feet.
This is so operation from your mystery.
His society refuses him to speak.
You heard his poetry anyway—
lessons in accountability.

Alright throw him away for now,
and just look at bare reality.
It’s there behind the poem.
She was always ahead of the Path.
Can clear at any moment,
and she just keeps engagin’ in stuff until it does.
Do you want to see my failure in things?
It’s listed on the net.
And there it is.

Man it came to me at dawn:
I am now gonna make it to the top of the world,
with or without you. [heard sung by U2, “With or Without You”]
Do you hear my drivin’ point?
My freedom from midnight,
from all expressions of evil.
Can you hear that power?

It’s right where you least suspect it.
It’s in your living room.
Pick me up will yah?
Get into the rest of that television
mobilized for enlightenment.
Cheerio.

You can say he went to the doctor.
A lot comes out of that.
Good and clean,
those are the eyes.
Hallelujah.

I Understand It

an illustration by Margaret C. Cook for a 1913 addition of Walt Whitman’s Leaves of Grass

A poem by Donny Lee Duke

He did.
He figured it out.
You haven’t seen it.
Oh my God no one has even read it.
What is your name?
A holistic reader.
There’s a lot of censorship
of the ideas that make the world.

The world ran out of culture.
It couldn’t see itself.
It didn’t care.
It couldn’t come up with itself.
It just stayed where it was.
It didn’t know where it was.
It had no means for improvement.
It was small and intimate.
It was huge and dim.
It didn’t know where to begin.
It’s stomped on itself.
It raced ahead.
It lagged behind.
It wore horns no one could grasp.
We sit here and stare at it today,
just confused by what we see.

This was self-taught,
how we reach out and touch the world.
It didn’t come in the papers.
It wasn’t on the Internet.
No course in university taught it.
No book could grasp the whole.
It wasn’t in speech.
You couldn’t find it anywhere.

Everybody was afraid of it.
They thought it would bite them.
How to reach out and touch the whole
came from inner experience.
It was deeper than the world.
It really tested your boundaries,
and you had no choice but to surrender to its process.
It had your very being at heart.
It schooled you,
showed the inside of everything.
You never saw it completely.
You just handled it with care.
It would eat you alive
if you affronted its mission.

You understood it was a Larger you.
You saw it dream
a nation of particulars.
It gave you vision,
spoke to you with the inner voice.
You held it close to you
and processed its thought
into the unknown.
Great the days lay
the seat-point of vision.
You just studied reality
absolved in yourself.

You had no way to communicate this to men,
wherever you came from.
No poem would read it,
no prose spell it out.
The visual arts could not express it,
no drama act it out,
no dance routine show it,
even in its living room.
It was beyond itself.

If you got life that need a poet,
I’m your subject right here.
Now go floss
with the rest of that form.
You’ve left something incomplete.
If I just listen,
I’d find it out numbers me.
I’ve encountered a different verse.

Its form is amplified by common speech.
There is the line.
Give me back my lunch;
I can do nothing with the way it works.
See there
you’ve been taken in.
Now tell me I’m a Great Lake I’m ready to play.
Now tell me I was murdered.
You know I just heard the news and wrote it down.
I’m a five star hotel,
and I’ve got the muse
in poetry form.
I mean inner voices speak.
It’s the divine muse of poetry.

How raw and off the cuff.
It has every name involved.
It won’t leave you alone.
Now say I’m silly
understanding prose.
All is said
to top off the mountain,
to be a governor unto itself,
to let you fly in the word.
How could that be?
I don’t think I got all freaked out about it
as grey mountain.
The poetry of redemption lands here,
the upper money.

I will just let you fuck me,
give in.
I’m about to be homeless.
That death I was telling you about,
they take my sky away from me.
The ground of silence eats me up.
I become a Silent Mind.
Realization proves my calling.
There’s nothing else
to realize:
we’re in love
with the whole thing,
each business and everybody.
We grok this.

It’s standin’ on your shoe.
Great the papers play
in the immediate seat of your room.
Welcome to the lost word.
That’s the sound of silence,
a preface to Enlightenment.

A shortcut,
I can write it down.
What else
can we do?
Headphones surround—
you’re hearin’ the interior music.
You’ve opened up that wide.
Wrap up some milk
left you some poetry.
This is your ticket.

For you it would be nice
right here:
the grinding of the dog.
I’m a farmer.
This is my business.
I keep business spoken.
Pinecones have left to a civilization.
What are you guys?
TikTok
describin’ the universe,
time of missed a keyframe
and causality.
Whether you want to or not,
the movie echo system.
You said what?
Reality in this page.
I’m gonna listen to yah.
Good mornin’.

I’ll loosen poetry I’ll listen.
Find that way offshore.
But Enlightenment seeks.
Ask her about the whole thing.
Did you tell ‘im you’ll take the horses,
make that your team?
Not that saying but keep
outside science,
and never cry wolf.
Read my full exposed.
My hands are tied.
Make me feel better.
Make me feel so much better.
We’re in this cut;
at least our voices aren’t.
He actually science.
Cosmopolitan
I understood it,
no doubt.
He’s right in front of me.
I could sing up here for hours.

I have everything I need to start the revolution.
I’m a purpose.
I want a bigger world.
You can keep me out as long as you can.
I’m not gonna die.
I’m gonna change consciousness.
Look me over.
I’m real.
I am so very real.
You can’t get around me.
It’s reality I’m showin’ you,
all holistically laid out.
You can dance all you want.
Reality’s not goin’ anywhere.
It’s on the way to you,
even if you don’t want it.

Reality’s comin’ for you.
Hold your head up high and embrace it.
A poem with your name on it Marginalian.
Poetry works
I can’t ignore.
She’s busy,
clean up what happened:
showed herself a calloused human being,
with no feelings at all
for the man everybody hates.

There is no Whole behind the whole—
she shows you what that does to you
when you believe that.
You don’t have to love everybody,
and you can pick and choose.
You don’t even have to treat them human.
Your ethics just come from ground zero,
and you make ‘em up on the spot.

Okay Riviera,
let’s see you explore your consciousness.
Can you do that?
Wow, have you blocked things.
You will not be happy with yourself
on the other side.
Maria Popova,
live up to your ideals,
and that intelligence of yours,
taking it
to some encounter on the inside
you see the whole,
you see it all means somethin’.
Put your finger on it,
and let us hear your own source material.

Has the jacket,
a lonely packet,
of quoting the right material.
That’s starfish.
It says more than what you want it to say.
Okay I’m outta here.
I have to let you everything,
be a work in progress
understand human.
I’m reminding myself
of what I’ve been taught.
You can have this.
It’s a seer’s wisdom.
Handle it with care.

They were talking about
y’all are choosing the apartment
you’re gonna let this seer in.
I’ve reached out to so many people
over the years.
A big no they wouldn’t even tell me,
usually.
They just read me and tossed me aside.
Put up his banner,
that’s where we go.
Who stole the cones?
You know it’s not coming.
You’re here for the Rachel Carson.
Write someone back.
You never had more powerful that was the end of the game.

Reality

A poem by Donny Lee Duke

In a large distribution gap saw man,
a wide, territorial spree.
A trouble on islands,
they could not chapter this.
They saw each one to blame
but themselves,
or if they saw their faults
they didn’t recognize them in the field of play.
This screamed solution.
No power on earth could stop it.
Everyone saw themselves the leader of the play,
even when no leadership bore.

Listen to me I’m human—
social media post after social media post.
And they all cried:
I’m the development of man;
listen to me.
Nobody was a warehouse
of the exact thing in ourselves we needed to see.
This was how we play ball.
The game itself had no meaning.
We were Earth flat.
Nobody spoke our language
or could write up their own,
but they kept speaking.

Well the only thing I could do was cause trouble
with the abundance of you and I
in such a routine I told you so,
in such an abundance of I told you so.
I don’t think you understand this.
I think we are all spokesperson for humanity,
but what we are speaking we can’t say.
It’s all void of meaning,
not big enough to show the problem.
We nosedive into it
and break apart upon the seas.
It’s terrible inane,
and we can’t get past chapter 1.

Take it upon yourself to show this to us,
and no one sees it.
Everyone is a brick wall
when they need to see something
they don’t want to see.
Can we see nationalism in India?
Can we see Sri Aurobindo?
And we see Sri Aurobindo?
You read the Torah?
If God Himself told you to change it,
would you?
Muhammad’s infallibility,
tell me he’s not
something human.
Kill people because he is,
and that just puts us down.
Everybody see the Son of God?
Everybody see the fatherless God
born from sin?
And that’s how I believe in miracles,
excluding reality.
Are we alright with atheists?
I don’t want God to exist;
therefore He doesn’t.

Now let’s just start with standard room.
I hate bad people,
and they should be punished.
Oh great we saw man,
and wanted us to rub our nose in it.
A holistic reality isn’t a thing among us,
and here we are at where we’re at,
and no one could care less about reality,
and that’s my thought for the day,
where this poem sits in your lap.
Can you grasp inside it?
Can you get behind it?

Love Is

A poem by Donny Lee Duke

A spread of humanity
in Indian business,
that’s the way.
Everbody’s calling cards,
their race card,
caste or religion.
I’m tellin’ yah the direction is up.
We’ve been clannish too long.
Hear what I’m sayin’?

What would govern us?
Some say love it is a fountain. [heard sung]
I can only quote love,
give it divine wings.
It’s the psychic fire in us
recognizing the unity all is,
and with this soul lamp
we will argue in favor of God.

It’s not the God of Hindus,
however many you may count.
It’s the Supreme in each of us
bearin’ out Its world.
I can light the fire
in my own soul’s keeping,
in the middle of my own life,
to bring God closer to me
when I see your face,
in any face I see.

This is not popular.
It’s not the rule of the crowd.
It’s God on earth my friend
manifesting His reality among us.
We need to get over the divisions among us
in our heart’s call to the world.

Can you see this in India
and still love India,
and still be a Hindu, Muslim, or Sikh?
Does God count rainbows?
Each one is His smile upon the world.
Tell everyone
God’s on earth you see.
That’s the epiphany.

I was born yesterday,
and I’m pushin’ the envelope now,
a foreigner
just blinding speaking his piece,
a foreigner causin’ trouble;
would you handcuff me this way?

Let me make myself clear:
God I love you,
I’ll put it on the freeway
and drive that idea across country—
and keep your eyes on the roadway at all times.
